When and where is YardFest this year? +

YardFest will be on Sunday, April 7, 2019. The day will begin with Block Parties hosted by the Houses at 1:30pm (locations TBD) and will progress to a concert in Tercentenary Yard starting at 3:30pm.

What can I expect at YardFest this year? +

After a review of the 2018 event, a report was issued to campus. This has resulted in some policy changes during the concert portion of the event. Mainly, there will be no re-entry. Once you are in the Tercentenary Yard, you will have to remain for the concert or exit and not return. Another change is that no guest tickets will be distributed. There will still be plenty of music and fun!

Are the Block Parties happening this year? +

Yes! Details for each of the four Block Parties will be sent out through the HoCos! Keep an eye for information about your specific House event. They will begin at 1:30pm on Sunday, April 7th.

Who are the Artists for the concert? +

Bazzi & Kiiara! Our student openers are Maybe There's Life & Extra Extra.

Will there be food at YardFest? +

Yes! The Houses will be open for brunch that day, there will be food at the Block Parties, and dinner will be served in Tercentenary (as well as Hillel, Dunster, and Currier Houses) starting at 4:30pm.

What do I need to bring to the concert? +

Please bring your Harvard College ID. You will not be able to get in without it! Please do not bring alcohol or bottles, they will not be allowed in. There will be plenty of water in and around the Yard for you to drink. No glass! No bags will be allowed into Tercentenary.

Can I bring guests to the concert? +

Not this year. Only Harvard College students will be allowed to enter the concert.

How do you get into the Yardfest? +

There will be three entrances into the concert: Entrance 1: between Weld and Widener Entrance 2: between University Hall and Weld Entrance 3: between Thayer and University Hall
