Come join CEB as we host Harvard graduate and Masterchef finalist Nick DiGiovanni for a live cooking demonstration. It’ll be fun, it’ll be fast-paced, and most importantly, it’ll be delicious! So grab your favorite apron and most trusted pan and get ready to cook!

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups (1 32-oz container) chicken or vegetable stock 

  • 4 tbsp olive oil 

  • 3/4 cup chopped yellow/white onion 

  • 1/4 cup chopped shallots 

  • 1/2 cup chopped scallions

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/2 lb mushrooms 

  • 1 oz dried porcini mushrooms (regular is okay also)

  • 2 tbsp butter 

  • 3/5 cup freshly grated parmesan 

  • black pepper
